FURNITURE SPACE PLANNING
This package is for clients wanting assurance before purchasing furniture. We provide one floorplan of what fits your space best after hearing your needs for the room. Dimensions of all furniture is included so you know exactly what to look for during your personal shopping trip. The client is responsible to provide a floor plan of the space prior to the work.
What You Would Receive:
- One Floor Plan Of Room Showing The Best Furniture Layout.
- Dimensions Of Rugs & Furniture On Plan For Easy Shopping Reference.

- $500.00 Per Room
Floor Plan Review
Do you already have a floorplan but don’t feel 100% about the flow, you wonder if the rooms are too large? Does the plan make sense to your needs? Would the space look good once it’s built? If you struggle with these questions and want a quick review, this package is for you.
What You Would Receive:
- Up To Two Hours Of Zoom Call Consulting.
- Red Lined Plan With Notes To Pass Over to Your House Plan Designer For Implementation.

New Build Floor Plan

If you would like to establish a floorplan before working with a house planner or architect this is the package for you. The floorplans we produce are thoughtful, creative and look beautiful when built. Furniture placement is included within our plan so you can really see how large each room is and how the room would actually function. So often houses are far larger than they should be and as we know the larger the house the more the house costs. We like to streamline the size down as best we can while still retaining a beautiful plan.
What You Would Receive :
Lighting Layout & Ceiling Details
Maybe you already have a floorplan you love but would like a reflected ceiling plan showing lighting placement, lighting types, plug locations, ceiling details, and switching locations. This is helpful when pricing your project in advance giving your electrician a visual of all your needs and our professional input on how to light rooms, millwork and use lighting in a decorative and creative way.
Lighting packages are also available and could be quoted separately.
What You Would Receive:
- 2 - 1 Hour Zoom Calls (a project intake call and presentation call).
- Lighting Layout With Switching Locations
- Ceiling Details (Beams, Bulkheads etc.)
- Legend Showing Different Types Of Lighting.
- Up To Two Hours Of Revisions.
- One Hour Or Less Project Intake Zoom Call
- One Hour Or Less Plan Review Zoom Call.
