Selby Office

A neglected Arts and Crafts home transforms into a boutique co-working hub for small business pros and creatives. Real estate entrepreneur Siya Herman saw beauty in its stained-glass bay window, wood French doors, and timeless moldings — and knew it could be so much more. Ivory Design imagined an eclectic, elevated work environment that blends heritage charm with fresh modern energy. The result? A homey, creative, workspace to be shared by various business owners.
